A manual for people who wish to run group work with people around anger issues. This manual is based upon Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) Model, developed by Paul Gilbert, and much of its content was adapted from resources developed by Dr. Gilbert in his work with CFT and Compassionate Mind Training. Interested readers are encouraged to read Dr. Gilbert’s book, The Compassionate Mind, as well as The Compassionate Mind Guide to Managing Your Anger, by myself. Dr. Christopher Germer’s excellent book The Mindful Path to Self-Compassion was also influential.
