The Recovery Devon Development Fund was set-up to help small projects who might never have applied for funding before, who only needed small amounts of money or who were unable to apply for other funding.
Open for amounts up to £750, the fund is simple to apply for, and enables projects which create opportunities for recovery in Devon.
First offered in 2015, our fund has so far helped deliver photography, art workshops, therapeutic gardens, animation, PTSD support groups and much more.
Our board offer light-touch mentoring to help people in their applications and the running of projects. The fund runs once per-year, with first stage applications due in February.
If you would like to apply for funding, see this blog post for information, or download the guidance for applicants below.

Confidence and exploration through lyric writing and music. You can learn more about this project here.
A space co-developed by veterans which created both community in action and a place to meet, share and relax in.
Each year the project workers, our board and invited guests meet to celebrate the achievements of the projects and share learning.
There are many more projects, Happy to Share cards, mental health first-aid, massage therapy research – we’ve been delighted at the number and variety of projects we’ve been able to help fund.
You can see all the projects on our blog here.
