COLAB are offering a free course for mindfulness and a drama group, both in September, open to those going through Recovery.
The Recovery Devon Development Fund funded two Conscious Community workshops this July, which took place in the beautiful Manor House in Dawlish.
These forest school events are funded by the Recovery Devon Development Fund and give people the chance to meet nature and challenge themselves.
This is a free seminar at the University of Exeter, looking at diagnosis of mental health conditions, asking if it’s an effective tool and exploring alternatives.
