Members of the LGBTQ+ community in and around Torbay are invited to join 2019 Development Fund winners Outside The Box on their “Connecting with Nature” course this July and August.

Calling all LGBTQ+ residents in and around Torbay…

Do you experience mental health difficulties?

Do you like the idea of spending time outdoors and being in nature?

Do you want the opportunity to do something different with likeminded people?

Do you want to learn new skills in a relaxed and safe environment?

If yes, we think you might love Outside The Box’s new project ‘Connecting with Nature’, starting July 24th every Wednesday evening for 6 weeks.

The Connecting with Nature project is a chance to get outside, meet others and learn techniques to help wellbeing.

Outside The Box was founded by Danielle and Zoe. With many years of peer support experience to draw on, they both spend more time outdoors than in, knowing first hand the huge benefits that being connected to nature can bring to mental health and personal recovery.

Their passion for fresh air, nature, and all things wellbeing founded a course to work at people’s own pace, in a way which is accessible to everyone.

We’re looking forward to hearing where they wander to here in gorgeous Devon!

To book your place, contact the team on their Facebook page,  email otbcommunity@outlook.com or download the flyer here…
