CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) is an approach which looks at the way in which we think about ourselves, describe ourselves and our attitudes towards our lives.

By changing the language and thoughts we have about life CBT can help people to become more positive about themselves, their lives and the future.

You can make use of some online CBT tools even if you don’t enter the trial.
